International Shipping:
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the weight of your order. Delivery times for international shipments typically range from 7-14 business days, but please allow added time for customs clearance. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or fees.
Third-Party Carriers:
We ship via major carriers such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped, allowing you to check the delivery status.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will file a claim with the carrier and, once the claim is confirmed, offer you a replacement or a full refund.

Returns:
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition with all tags attached, and free from any signs of wear, damage, or alterations. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs of the unwanted item. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to cancel or return it for any reason. The same return conditions apply as stated above.
Refunds:
